Digital Asset Management platform

This project was conducted under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, necessitating the modification of client specifics and essential terminology to preserve confidentiality.

As the UI/UX designer for the project, I crafted intuitive user interfaces, conducted user research, designed prototypes, and collaborated with developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

My role also involved analysing feedback to continually refine and optimise the platform’s usability and functionality.

Problem

The organization lacked a platform to effectively track, manage, and utilize digital assets, leading to underutilization and inefficiencies in asset deployment and feedback collection​

Asset Hub was developed to create a unified digital asset management platform. It integrates user feedback, tracks asset usage in real-time, and supports data-driven decision-making. Asset Hub also enhances user engagement through a community-driven approach, facilitates better asset assignment to relevant projects and people, and incentivises productive behaviours with rewards.

Result

The implementation of Asset Hub led to significant improvements in asset adoption and user engagement, onboarding over 300 projects and 3500 practitioners. This resulted in timely asset utilisation and actionable insights from real-time data, fostering a culture of delivery excellence​.
